Terms of use.
Short version: the site is free information, read from vendors’ own pricing pages. Check the vendor’s page before you buy. Paid extras are billed through Kit; Pro can be cancelled anytime.
The information
- Free tiers, prices and limits come from each vendor’s public pricing page, with the source and check date shown (methodology). Vendors change prices without notice, so data can be wrong or out of date. Always confirm on the vendor’s page before buying.
- Nothing here is financial, legal or procurement advice. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties.
- O11y Watch is not affiliated with any vendor. Trademarks belong to their owners. Affiliate links, where present, are labeled and never affect data or rankings.
Using the data
The dataset (JSON/CSV under /api) is licensed CC BY 4.0: reuse it freely with attribution to “O11y Watch” and a link to https://o11y-watch.pages.dev/. Please don’t scrape the site at a rate that degrades it; use the files instead.
Observability Cost & Stack Audit ($149)
- The free estimate is free. The full report is a one-time $149 purchase (USD; taxes may apply) through Kit’s hosted checkout; payments are processed by Stripe via Kit.
- The report is an estimate modeled from public list prices in our dataset. It is not a vendor quote, an invoice or a guarantee of savings.
- Refunds: email basileion.ops@gmail.com; refund requests are handled case by case, and we also honor any refund rights your local consumer law gives you.
Pro
- Pro costs $6/month or $60/year and is sold through Kit’s hosted checkout; payments are processed by Stripe via Kit. Prices are in USD; taxes may apply.
- You get what the Pro page describes; anything not live yet is delivered when it ships, and nothing is promised before then.
- Cancel anytime with one email to basileion.ops@gmail.com; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refund requests: email basileion.ops@gmail.com; they are handled case by case, and we also honor any refund rights your local consumer law gives you.
Sponsor slots
Sponsor placements are sold through Kit at the prices on the sponsor page. Sponsors are always labeled “Sponsored” and never affect data or rankings. If we can’t run a placement you paid for, we refund it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the site or a paid product is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: basileion.ops@gmail.com. Privacy: how we handle data.
